Prior to each Saturday game, JRZE require all coaches to line up your players so coaches &/or team managers can check the official photo/team sheet against those players taking the field. This is a simple exercise to stop any queries as to the eligibility of a child during a game.
The referee should also use this opportunity to check the boys sprigs & to check they each have mouth guards to ensure that all players take the field with adequate protection.
Any coach found to be uncooperative during this pre game process from HV will receive a 1 week mandatory stand down period for his team. All 3 Zones (Hutt Valley / Wellington City / Western Bays) have agreed to make this process a mandatory requirement for all of our teams for the 2012 season & beyond.
